| need some help - d80 won't autofocus...
got a co-worker who's nikon d80 has stopped autofocusing. have tried everything from resetting the camera to recycling the battery to cleaning the lens contacts. even double checking to see if the af switches on both the lens and body are in the right place.
unfortunately he doesn't have a second lens to see if it's a lens issue, but other than trying on a different lens at the store, does anyone else have any suggestions?
been scouring the internet, and haven't found anything other than sending it in, but that would be the last resort. |
