Had a conference downtown Spokane today, so I took the new XSI and took a quick walk, and stopped to take a few shots.

Basically I used the "newbie" auto settings, "Closeup" for the flowers and mechanical pics and "Landscape" for the others.

Here it goes:

Personally, I really like the two of the 'finger rock' with the falls flowing around both sides, for the contrast of stone and water and the colors.

The pic of the cable hook came out pretty cool as well.

OK, what do you all like/dislike...it is time to start learnin'!!!
