You can't post directly here; the photos have to be on a site that hosts it (your own web site or storage through your ISP, PhotoBusket, SmugMug, etc.).
Then you click on the little icon at the top of the message edit area that looks like a box with mountains in it. That will let you paste in the web address of where the photo is hosted, and it will display here.
