What i do to aid is
1 Blow it up 130-150% then you can be more careful
2 magic wand will isolate the areas you want to process
3 use History erase brush to expose the color from your converted black and white
*Note HEB will not work until you flatten or merge the layer
4 change the brush size with right click (big for isolated areas small for fine details)
On your second pic i love the hands and id suggest color all the leaves in the background or none

Thanks for the input. Ya, I don't know how to do that yet with an editor. I still have yet to go buy a Photoshop book to do it with, but I did it on accident to begin with and then chose to continue with it.
