Sensor Cleaning

How often do you clean your sensor on your camera? Any advice on how to do this, while not compromising the hardware?

From all of the reviews and forums, this seems to be one of the better options:

I got the wet/dry kit shortly after I got my camera, but have seen nothing to indicate that the sensor needs cleaning... so I haven't touched it. Unless you're seeing dust specks it's best to leave it alone.
