If they want to keep it up, they can start negotiations with you for your fee. I ran into this a few months ago when an orchid vendor was using one of my images on their site. I contacted their 'web contact', and followed it up with an email to the owner of the company. I never heard back from either of them, but my image was removed very quickly. Most companies do NOT want to get into a copyright battle. It costs them a lot of money to try to defend, and they will almost certainly lose. Try a nicely worded email to start out with, perhaps asking for a license fee for their use.

| Administrator | I took screenshots of everything before I reported it. I sent out the email and yep it's gone. I offered them a few different options, even saying for a small fee I will allow them a license to use the photo. I received no response back, but they did remove the photo. I'm not really mad or happy about it.. meh I dont know what I am. Interesting stuff...

| Administrator | I can email it to you... I wrote the software myself but the only limitation is it only works with one photo at a time. What I've been working on now is a plugin for SmugMug so it checks one photo, goes to the next photo, rinse and repeat. Once I get that to go, I'm going to get it going for all folder in SmugMug, etc. If you want the program for one photo at a time, let me know. The rest is in beta for a couple more weeks.
