My Camera: Old Canon and a new Canon

Lava Tube

Went to the Ape Caves near Mt. St. Helens. What a blast! If you go bring good flashlights, good flash for camera, water and good hiking boots. There are a lot of cave-in areas you have to crawl over in the lava tubes. Took us about 2 hours to go through but, we also had kids and my mother with us.

I've found a couple on there in the past. The problem isn't finding A model. The tough part is finding one that knows what the hell she's doing, has and brings the right wardrobe, can do her own hair/makeup, isn't bitchy, easy to work with, works for trade, has her own transportation, and actually shows up.

Great shots and first post Scott, welcome to the forum

JayT - How long was your shutter open for and how did you keep the bright lights from being washed out? did you blend two photos together?

Ya know.... I was wondering
Sometimes my mind gets stuck in the past with film shooting concepts and I was like "maybe he blocked the bottom half of the frame with cardboard or something, but wow, he did a great job on the blend as to where to put it in the dark and all" Silly brain in this heat.

So apart from the botched total solar eclipse attempt, I did manage to get some decent shots around Shanghai.

More to come...
