These little bastards are quite a bit harder to shoot than full size cars. This is mainly because of their size, how they accelerate, and decelerate they are a pain for the lens to focus on (especially when they are in the air). I found that I got more keepers when I set my camera to spot meter, and used just the center focal point. For these shots, I borrowed my friend's 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L IS lens. Rc races are fun. I used to go and watch couple times a week when i was in Tucson. I heard that they can get pretty spendy...

1 and 6 are my favorites..I love the trucks!!! and yes Turk they can get very spendy very fast...no pun intended |
