My Camera: Canon 40D

Shots from RC track

These little bastards are quite a bit harder to shoot than full size cars. This is mainly because of their size, how they accelerate, and decelerate they are a pain for the lens to focus on (especially when they are in the air). I found that I got more keepers when I set my camera to spot meter, and used just the center focal point.

For these shots, I borrowed my friend's 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L IS lens. Crit's welcome.

Rc races are fun. I used to go and watch couple times a week when i was in Tucson. I heard that they can get pretty spendy...
