Points of Interest...

thought it might be nice to put a list together of points of interest in any given area. so if you happen to know of a bunch of locations that are interesting to shoot at/from/etc, let's hear about them.

This is pretty cool, are there groups on FLICKR for WA Photographers? I'm new to the Forum stuff.

Those pictures were taken in WA
...and Nisqually Wildlife Refuge would be a "point of interest".

My Camera: is brand new

We used to like Nisqually NWR but since they took out the dike and made the walk really short we don't visit is very often. We went up to the Skagit Valley (Fir Island) yesterday and found 70 eagles along various roads starting in Silvana and going up to the Sammish Flats along the Edison Rd.

Great shot Photohog! Can't wait to take a trip up there, maybe in two weeks when my wife has a weekend off.

I shot this in my backyard today... it ain't no Eagle or Hawk, but...
